1. Who operates this service
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE):

LyoLog and Freeze-drying.tech are trading names. They are not separate legal entities: the operator and controller of the service is Jan Panek, a natural person. For that reason there are no commercial registry details.
On Google Play the LyoLog app is published under the developer name Freeze-drying.tech.
The activity is not subject to prior administrative authorisation.
2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the website lyolog.app and the LyoLog mobile application (together, “the Service”).
Accessing the Service makes you a user and means you accept this notice. The conditions for using and subscribing to the application are set out separately in the Terms of Use and Subscription. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Conditions of use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, in accordance with this notice and in good faith, and not to:
- do anything that could damage, overload or impair the Service or prevent its normal use;
- introduce or distribute malicious code;
- attempt to access restricted areas, other people’s accounts, or the operator’s systems;
- systematically extract the site’s content, including by automated means.
We may suspend access without prior notice where use breaches the above.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The content of the website and the application — including text, design, source code, trade marks, logos and images — belongs to Jan Panek or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without express written authorisation, other than uses permitted by law.
The data you enter in the application remains yours. The terms governing that content are set out in the Terms of Use and Subscription.
5. Links
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, their availability, or how they handle data. A link does not imply any relationship, endorsement or oversight.
6. Disclaimers
We aim to keep the Service available and free of errors, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation.
We are not liable for loss arising from use of the Service contrary to this notice or the Terms of Use, or caused by third parties outside our control.
Nothing here limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. The full liability position — for consumers and for businesses — is set out in the Terms of Use and Subscription.
7. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the EU Member State where you are habitually resident, nor of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that State.
8. Language versions
This document is published in Spanish, English and European Portuguese. Each version has equal force for the user addressed in that language. Where a discrepancy is alleged before a Spanish court, the Spanish version prevails.
9. Changes
We may amend this notice. Each amendment produces a complete new version, identified by its number and date of entry into force, replacing the previous one from publication.
